America Needs You’s (ANY) Alumni Program focuses on providing a lifelong professional community that promotes economic mobility via career advancement and leadership opportunities. When Fellows complete the 2-year Fellows Program, they are welcomed into a robust national network of ambitious first-generation professionals that are helping break barriers. As ANY’s talented and diverse Alumni community continues to grow, we aim to inspire a spirit of paying-it forward to continue scaling our impact and empowering future first-generation leaders.
